Overview

The Life Quest team partnered with the City of Phoenix to conduct comprehensive ADA accessibility assessments of over 600 buildings and facilities. The project also included a review of the City’s policies, procedures, and website to ensure accessibility and compliance. In addition, we provided customized staff training to support a more inclusive city for employees, residents, and visitors.

Challenge

The City of Phoenix needed a comprehensive evaluation of its facilities, policies, and digital presence to ensure compliance with ADA requirements and to create a more accessible experience across all departments and services.

Solution

Life Quest conducted detailed ADA assessments, reviewed existing policies and procedures, evaluated the City’s website for accessibility, and delivered customized training for key departments. Our approach focused on practical, real-world solutions to help the City improve accessibility and build long-term awareness.

Impact

By identifying barriers and providing targeted training, the City of Phoenix strengthened its commitment to accessibility and inclusion, creating a more welcoming and accessible community for everyone.
