About Dr. Odell
Tom was part of a large effort to survey TxDOT in 2020 and 2021, in a joint effort between Cole Engineering and Life Quest. While he had previous part-time experience with Life Quest, conducting daily assessments of Texas Travel Information Centers, rest stops and DOT buildings broadened his experience.
A retired businessman, Tom continues to assist Life Quest in ADA surveys and also volunteers for the Phoenix Police Department.
