Game-Day Staff Accommodations: Balancing Staff and Guest Needs
Understanding the changing needs of our event-day staff is the first step to providing reasonable accommodations that help them provide effective customer service. This can be challenging if the number of people needing accommodations is greater than the number of positions that can be accommodated. In some cases, we are called to balance the needs of our staff while also ensuring we meet our ADA requirements for our guests. Come learn how to balance these needs in a 2-hour class will cover the following topics:
Accommodation Requests
Staff Parking
Elevator Passes
Rotating Staff Positions as an Accommodation
Problem-Solving Real Experiences
This 3 credit class is one of the required foundational classes for the ADA Coordinator Certification program.
