Best Practices in Game Day Staff Training
Training is often provided before the start of a new season and/or for new event-day staff. Ideally, training takes place throughout the year but may still not be enough to help make sure your staff feel prepared for challenges they may face.
This 2-credit class will provide a variety of best practices in event-day staff training, as well as practical resources to help empower them with towards inclusive customer service. The Agenda for this class includes:
